NOT TOO (WIP)

“Not Too” is an Asian American condiment line inspired by the Chinese and Korean flavors of my and my friend Esther’s heritages. The name is based on the compliment our immigrant parents and relatives used as the standard for good food: “It’s not too [flavor]”.  This line is also our step towards seeking greater unity and connection amongst our different Asian American communities, as food is understood universally by many different cultures as a way to communicate love and hospitality.
